Hi Claire,
I didn’t manage to get to see you at The DS Textile Fair. I was busy on my stall and was single handed so a bit tricky. This is a fantastic project and such a fun idea.
Are you going to Knit Expo tomorrow? Catch up with you there if so.

Hi Lesley,
Yes I’ll be at the KnitExpo with the flock. Hope to get a chance to have a chat.

Hello Clare Just to let you know I will be coming to Princetown with at least 2 friends and will happily knit up a storm of sheep! It was great to meet you at Knit expo and again at Bovey Tracey. Im very very determined to get more people knitting especially in beautiful local yarn! Best wishes Tracey

What a brilliant idea! Some of us slightly daft woolly people here on Anglesey read the article in The Journal and are starting a directory of our local flocks – not so varied as in the south west but enough to make it interesting. The pattern is so simple, we can pass the spun yarn on to the beginner knitters at our Stitch’n'Bitch too and then promote our local flocks at our twice a year Woolly Fun Day.
Many thanks for a great idea!
Thanks Susan, fantastic news that you are starting your own small flock on Anglesey. Please keep us updated; we’d love to see the sheep as they get made. Best wishes,
Claire
